The location of the apartment is very very central. Host handed us the keys, was very kind and offered information for our stay. the apartment was spacious, clean and "cozy";). in the kitchen we had everything we needed.
On weekends there was loud music playing until 1-2 am. although the windows offer great noice reduction, you can hear the music a little bit. but this is no dealbreaker. I recommend earplugs for weekend stays

Located on the 3rd floor with no stairs. Ok for us, but good to know if you have lots of luggage.
Parking : host suggested us great parking locations. Approximately 1€/hour, but free from 22h to 7h on week days and from Friday 22h to Monday 7h.
Extremely poor WiFi. Host told us it’s because it was too windy, but no wind except for a few hours. Host sent someone to “fix it”, but it did not improve anything. There is nothing to fix, except it would probably be a good idea to have seperate routers for the two seperate apartments. We ended up using our own data for our whole stay (5 nights).

A very nice apartment directly in the city center. It was very spacious, really clean and also very good equipped for our stay. The host was very forthcoming. There was a concert at the plaza on the weekend of our visit, but the windows have a very good isolation, so there was no problem sleeping. The AC works well. There is no lift into the 3rd floor, where the apartment is located, this should be considered, in case of some sort of a disability.
