The location was fantastic. The apartment was well-maintained and well-stocked. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and simple.
The air conditioner was loud enough when it kicked on that we slept better with it turned off with the fans running.

The location on Butler Street is excellent. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and the river. Parking on site was convenient and location above Butler Pantry was nice for the coffee, cookies, and other food items. The kitchen was adequately equipped, but needs a pizza cutter.
Walking through a garage to the steep stairs to gain access was not pleasant. I would describe the decor as shabby chic. The air conditioner was very noisy and windows could not be opened for fresh air.
