This centrally located property is made up of the main house, Handsome Fellow, and the guest house, A Quiet Lad. Located in the heart of downtown Saugatuck, only steps from restaurants, galleries, and parks, you will love the location of this property!
Sprawled across one level, Handsome Fellow offers plenty of space for your group to enjoy. The large kitchen has many original "retro" elements that bring character to this downtown cottage. Cook up a meal and step out on the screen porch where you can eat in the warm summer breeze. The living room provides space to gather while streaming your favorite shows or the latest movie. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house, Handsome Fellow.
Quaint, cute, and everything you need for a quick getaway to Saugatuck Douglas. The guest house, A Quiet Lad, is an open room studio featuring a kitchenette, sitting area, sleeping area with queen bed, TV with Fire Stick, and a full bathroom with shower tub combo. Head out the French doors to the deck where you can relax in the sunshine with your morning coffee or evening beverage.
The outdoor space at this property is just lovely. A spacious screen porch with dining space is the ideal space to enjoy a meal in the summer. Both cottages have dedicated deck space overlooking the spacious backyard. This yard is great for your furry friends to enjoy as it's fully fenced-in.
Enjoy a flat walk to Wicks Park, less than 2 blocks away, where you can watch the boats float by on the river or take the Chain Ferry across the river for some hiking at Mt. Baldhead or a day at Oval Beach. Downtown Saugatuck has an abundance of restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, and art galleries - there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Every thing was great...the house is mire than accommodating...the dogs loved the backyard...and all of the businesses were still open!We've been visiting saugatuck since 2007...love the people, the charming town and being so close to lake Michigan. Also, shout out to Mill Pond...they were great!

In Saugatuk for a wedding- four couples shared this rental and slept comfortably! Great location and had all the amenities we could have needed. Would stay here again if I’m back in town.

Friends and I stayed at this beautiful downtown location because we were hosting a spooky event at the nearby Felt Mansion. The community was full of life, kids in costumes, an adult Halloween parade, and beautiful fall weather.
We loved our stay. Clean, cozy, everything we needed. The only thing I wish they had was Roku on the main television, any sort of room spray, and maybe update the main bathroom a little bit. Other than that it was a lovely time. The separate studio space was perfect for our friend with the pup. Great access to the backyard and a great place for everyone to relax. Would recommend and also would stay here again!
