The condo is well-equipped with a cook’s kitchen, large bedroom with closet space, two full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer in the unit for your private use.
Check in time is from 3pm to 8pm. Check out time is 8am to 11am. Check ins after 8 PM, and checkouts before 8 AM, will require a $700 Peso ($40 USD) fee paid directly to the concierge for their overtime.

I had a great time. Great location. Easy check in. New building and spacious unit. Close to all the fun nightlife and a short walk to the beach. Rooftop pool is relaxing and clean. Highly recommend!

We highly enjoyed our stay at this condo in May 2023. It was central enough to only go a couple of blocks to find restaurants, shops, and groceries and it was close enough to the beach, but it was also a modern getaway when overwhelmed.
The condo balcony had a great view of the mountains and was great for sitting down for meals that we made at the condo. We also spent a lot of time on the top floor reading and chilling in the pool.
The staff was always courteous, said hello, and helped us get taxis when needed.
The owner was responsive and honest. I mentioned that I am a light sleeper and he did his best to tell me that the condo may not be for me. Maybe it was the season that we went, but I had no problem with the noise from the streets since it was not that loud, especially being 6 floors up, but I appreciated that he wanted to make sure I knew what to expect, even if that meant I might go elsewhere.
Overall, a little pricey, but a great stay.
