Located on Venustiano Carranza Street, just blocks from Los Muertos Beach and “Restaurant Row” on Basilio Badillo, you’ll be surrounded by top dining, nightlife, boutiques, and art galleries—no hills to climb!

Relax at the sparkling rooftop pool with panoramic city and mountain views. The common area also offers a BBQ space for casual meals outdoors. The building is gated and includes an elevator for easy access.

• Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed, ideal for 2 guests

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots, pans and utensils

Myself or one of our teammates will meet you at the building upon arrival to check you in and show you around the condo and development. After that, we'll leave you alone! However, if you have any questions or issues during your stay we are reachable via phone, email or WhatsApp.
📌 Other things to note
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesdays for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Location is just perfect and nice quiet section but near everything. Great apartment with everything we needed for our stay and we almost never left the rooftop pool!Staff was VERY proactive in coordinating our visit and to any questions i had through the stay as well. Very recommended.

We loved our stay in the old town of Puerto Vallarta. The apartment is perfect if you like to be in the middle of things. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach, and there is a lovely little pool on the roof. There is a huge selection of food options, from markets to nice restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Don’t be afraid to try the taco stands! The apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything you need. Any issues were fixed very quickly and Alejandra and team were very responsive.I highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back.

A beautiful luxury condo in the heart of Zona Romantica. Had everything we needed and was quit with a gorgeous roof top pool. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful and brand new, this condo at Urban was perfect for us. The rooftop pool and lounge area was nice and had a pretty view of the Bay of Banderas.
