BEDROOM
The air-conditioned bedroom features an ultra-comfortable king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and large closet space.

There are 2 full bathrooms in the condo for additional convenience and privacy. Both have rain shower heads and are well-stocked with bath, beach, and face towels.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has everything you need to make meals just like you do at home. The high-end appliances include a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
LIVING AREA
Consists of a sofa and comfy chairs to enjoy the view through the floor-to-ceiling windows or entertainment on the flat-screen smart TV. Slide open the large windowed doors to access the private patio.
COMMON AREAS - D'ESIRE
The common area rooftop provides a sparkling infinity pool, heated year-round—a rare find among Puerto Vallarta condos—along with a relaxing jacuzzi, multiple lounge and seating areas, and gorgeous views of Puerto Vallarta's Old Town. The building features a purification water system throughout all condominium units and common areas, ensuring clean and safe water. Additionally, there is an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop.

The neighborhood
The Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town AKA Emiliano Zapata is the most happening part of Puerto Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo Street is the most popular street and is only one block south of the Urban 2 building.
The beach is a short walk, just 2 blocks west where you'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc.
Other things to note
Visitor’s policy: Visitors are allowed (2 per time), from 9 am to 11 pm, they must register at the front desk and leave an ID. They are also allowed to use the common areas.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

The pics online were great but the condo in person was beautiful. The location cannot be beat and the rooftop pool was perfect. I would book this condo again in a heartbeat.

Really loved this apartment and would stay here again and again. The unit was outfitted perfectly and the location can't be beat. Then to add the rooftop pool with the bar service and views!!! Perfection. My only complaint is that the floors in the gym are very thin like they are made of tin. Anytime you place a weight down it sounds like the floor is going to cave it and housekeeping will come up to tell you not to drop the weight. Wish they padded the floor better.
