About this house rental
Single storey mezzanine above the living room. 130 m2, with living room with fireplace, dining room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed (140 and 160 cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds may be superimposed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk single beds (from the outside ), a mezzanine with 2 single beds, a pantry and a covered area in front of the entrance to the region called 'eustantade'.
Private pool 10X5 meters with roman steps at the end. Flat bottom 80 cm deep in front of the stairs, then gently down to a diving area (about 2m10).
A large courtyard (about 30m long) extension of the pool serves as outdoor dining room, ping pong shelter, clothes dryer ...
A barn is also partially available.
The whole is surrounded by a private space, woodland of oaks (called 'barnyard') in the Landes.
This house thus described is part of a larger property, a little less than 8 hectares, fully fenced, which includes two other buildings sets, one of which is occupied by the owner and the other is also proposed to Vacation rentals (capacity 14 people). Note: these 3 residences are far from each other they are not seen and hardly agree.

Schon im Vorfeld gab es eine angenehme Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer Henri Berger. Alles war gut vorbereitet und der Empfang herzlich. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, bietet viel Platz. Wir waren mit sieben Personen vor Ort und hatten genügend Platz auch an regnerischen Tagen Unsere Hunde konnten sich auf dem weitläufigen Gelände austoben. Auch die Freizeitgestaltung mit Pool, Tischtennisplatte und einem Volleyballfeld bot genügen Raum und Beschäftigung. Zum Atlantik haben wir 45 Minuten gebraucht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden trotz des nicht so sonnigen Wetters.

Nous souhaitions nous retrouver dans la nature des Landes dans une maison typique de là-bas. La maison de Monsieur Berger a répondu à notre rêve. Elle est ravissante et authentique ! Nous avons passé un moment formidable ! Merci encore.
