House in the countryside, in a village at the gates of Mont de Marsan, completely renovated and newly equipped.
On the ground floor: very large living room, equipped kitchen, American fridge and a studio with a double bed, bathroom and WC.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms equipped with a double bed, a television and a bathroom/WC
Reversible air conditioning in each room.
Cellar with washing machine and dryer

You will be a few minutes from the Landes prefecture, a few kilometers from the Gers and 1 hour from the Landes coast and its immense beaches. The Pyrenees mountain will be closest at 1h30 drive.
