About this house rental
Typical individual Landes house at the entrance of a small village, in a very wooded area with land of 2000 m2 unfenced, in a quiet and peaceful location. All on the ground floor, suitable for family reunions for 8 to 12 people maximum, for successful vacations or hunting gatherings (private hunting 5 mins).
4 bedrooms, 2 of which are for couples and 2 with 2 single 90 cm beds, a very large living / dining room with an insert type fireplace, plus electric underfloor heating for the cold season.
Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle and various dishes.
Large table in the living room side can accommodate 12 persons, 1 kitchen side table for breakfast, a bathroom with bath and shower incorporated, bidet, shower, sink and toilet.
1 another separate toilet.
1 second bathroom with shower and sink.
iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and washing machine.
2 terraces, one 10m x 4m with large table for 12 people and another 3m x 2m with a small round table and 2 metal chairs.
1 heated swimming pool 8m x 4m secured with safety blind on roller, fence, with 8 deckchairs.
Animals are accepted.
OUR GITE CAN RECEIVE PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
ACCOMPANIED BY VALID PERSONS.
All doors are 80 cm, access to the Italian shower can be done with
the armchair. The whole house is on one floor, the rooms are spacious.
An access ramp on the front facilitates comings and goings.
Summer 2017, A STUDIO FOR COUPLES WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
WILL BE READY AT 50 METERS FROM THIS GITE, according to the rate which will be specified on request.
Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen are provided at no extra cost.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour pour le nouvel an 2021. La maison est superbe avec une grande pièce à vivre très sympathique.

Un accueil excellent! Merci encore à Line et José aux petits soins pour toute la famille! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour autour de la piscine et avons profité de toutes les activités du coin: vélo, rando, canoë, accrobranche et surf.
