Un vero e proprio agriturismo: piacevole, sincero, vivo. Con caprette, asinelli, tartarughe... Ottima cena, con formaggi di produzione propria, e soggiorno che ricorderemo con piacere. Per tutta la famiglia, Pane o Olio ha una buona posizione per gite nei dintorni di San Romano e la Garfagnana in generale.

L'agriturismo è isolato, silenzioso, in mezzo alla natura. Il nostro appartamento era grande con due camere per due coppie, doppio bagno, cucina e salotto. La colazione viene fornita il giorno prima (caffè in polvere, zucchero, marmellata, latte, fette di crostata, biscotti, fette di dolce); la cena nel laboratorio di cucina è favolosa, sala da pranzo calda ed accogliente, molto intima e caratteristica. Il cibo è superlativo e comprende antipasti a km zero, primo, secondo, dolce, caffè, acqua e vino. Bravo Cristian ed il suo entourage familiare.
Unica pecca rimediabile, magari un rotolo di carta igienica in più ed un rotolo di carta da cucina. Il resto è tutto ok.
