A Clear & Definite 10!!
More than anything else, the location!! The place is simply beautiful!! More picturesque than one can at first imagine!! Then we come to the super friendly and cooperative staff, who were always there to help you, and always with a smile!! Made you feel at home from the very first moment!! Normally places that score so highly on the points mentioned above come with rooms or facilities that can do with a bit of renovation or an update! Not this one!! Almost perfect when it came to the rooms and other facilities! A clear 10!!

Very friendly staff, so beautiful and clean all around, absolutely stunning views! Perfect value for money. Definitely would recommend this awesome place!

Exceptional
This place would score 10 just for the location. I have never seen a more beautiful place. But everything else is lovely too, especially the owner. Despite me speaking no Italian or German she helped me out when I was unwell, organising a doctor and driving me to see him. Wonderful place.

Amazing location
I loved the location so much that I didn't want to leave. It was so peaceful and quiet and extremely beautiful. The hotel is located off the main road in a small village and I would go back any time. Even though the staff could hardly speak English (I had to use Google translator), they were very polite and ready to help. The hotel had a restaurant onsite and the food was good. If you want a peaceful and beautiful location away from the city then this is it.
My room was not ready even at 3pm when I tried to check-in and the receptionist did not speak a single word of English. WiFi did not work on the second floor where my room was but worked perfectly on ground floor.
