Great overnight stay perfectly placed for Timmelsjoch pass.

Location and views were amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and bar meal.

A bigger towel would be preferred.

ive stayed here once before,,, the hotel is just a really good hotel but the views are to die for, with a balcony in the room the views to wake up to are simply stunning,, my partner she was very impressed with the accommodation, breakfast is good tasty plenty choice highly recommended

It was one the best vacations we’ve ever taken, and we would certainly return again!

The location couldn’t have been better for a quiet, peaceful, nature-focused vacation. The property was impeccably clean, simple, modern, and essential. We came for a 3-day trip to hike and relax, and the area surrounding the hotel is near multiple trails and thus perfect for exactly this type of trip. The staff is attentive, kind, and makes you feel at home in what is clearly their family business. Wonderful!

amazing location in pristine valley, no trafic noise at all, all rooms point down to a river valley, friendly staf, nice sauna, comfortable rooms with huge windows and view of the mountains. pass from austria closes at 8pm, so all the trafic stops. great.

The location of this hotel is wonderful, just few km down the Timmelsjoch pass. The view from my bedroom was exceptional! It was great to wake up with the sun rising and coloring the mountain around me with the color of the dawn. Great food and service both for dinner and breakfast… I was really satisfied.

Absolute amazing view! You wake up to the most idyllic panorama and You can enjoy peace and the slight sound of the nearby stream in the valley You look at, I had never experienced that like this!

A dream under a sea of stars

Photos can hardly convey a feeling for this amazing place. A new building built into the side of the mountain, entrance is on the 4th floor at street level, restaurant, rooms and wellness area further down. You can sit on your terrace watching the sun go down, you are dazzled by the evening sun right into your eyes. Before, be sure to pass by the sauna and enjoy it with the same view and than on a lounger on the lawn. The rooms are modern, lean, and comfortable. They are less cold than it might look on pictures, and then I had expected. If you wake up in the night, don't miss the spectacle of one of the best night skies I have ever seen. And the calm is almost deafening.

Excellent value in a very nice setting in the mountains

We really liked this place last year and that feeling was confirmed this year. It's close to Timmelsjoch on the way to Austria,. Fantastic views of the mountain from the bed thru panorama windows. Food and breakfast is good, staff very helpful and nice.

Stunning views and a friendly welcome. Arriving in a light snowstorm around dusk it was great to get into the warm. Room was clean and modern, with a great walk-in shower. Wifi only in the bar/restaurant, but it was fast there.

Holy macaroni what a gem guys. Don't miss it if you're in the hood near Stelvio/Bormio

Modern style hotel with excellent facilities, Every room have excellent views thru floor to ceiling windows and the beds are fantastic. Bathroom was among the best size I've ever found in the 20+ hotels we've visitied in Italy. Really comfortable with a major size rainfall shower. Fantastic room for a standard price. If you're ever near Bormio/Stelvio heading up to Timmlesjoch and Austria, you find this hotel appx. half way up the climb. Real friendly staff, good food and drinks at nice prices.

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Bei Anreise fast uebersehen, da am Hang mit großen Panoramafenstern gebaut. Man sieht vom Bett auf die tollen Berge. Kann praktisch sich die Bergluft ins Zimmer holen. Unschlagbar das Abendessen. Haben wir in dem Preis-Leistungs-Vergleich noch nie erlebt.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, nicht nur für Besucher des Timmelsjochs.

Der Blick aus den toll eingerichteten Zimmern ist atemberaubend. Die Küche bietet lokale traditionelle Gerichte, alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Wirtsleute waren sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöner Stopp am Timmelsjoch

Toller Blick aus dem Zimmer; da die Zimmer unterhalb der Straße am Hang liegen bekommt man von der Straße sehr wenig mit. Es gibt auch einige sehr schöne Wanderwege direkt vom Gasthof aus.

Kühle Nacht am Timmelsjoch

Freundliche Gastgeber bzw. Personal, gutes Frühstück, spektakuläre Lage am Fuß der Timmelsjochstraße.

Im Zimmer war es kühl, eine Möglichkeit zur Regulierung der Zimmertemperatur war nicht vorhanden (oder so versteckt, dass wir sie nicht gefunden haben). Die Sauna inkl. ansprechendem Ruhebereich ist nur von 14 bis 19 Uhr geöffnet. Heisst für Durchreisende, die für gewöhnlich abends kommen und eine Nacht bleiben: Saunabesuch nicht möglich! Die Politik des Hauses diesen Punkt betreffend ist uns völlig unverständlich und wir waren enttäuscht, die Sauna nicht benutzen zu können.

Wunderbare Übernachtung direkt vor dem Timmelsjoch

Tolles Hotel an aussergewöhnlicher Lage. Das Hotel scheint in den Steilhang gebaut und von der Strasse ist nur der EIngangsbereich zu sehen. Alle Räume inkl. Restaurant sind auf tieferen Ebenen. Sehr schön und modern gebaut. Die Lage mit Blick auf das Timmelsjoch und die ruhige, schöne Bergwelt ist einmalig und die sehr netten Gastgeber haben uns wunderbar betreut. Nachtessen im eigenen Restaurant war sehr fein und üppig! Das Frühstück ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und fein!
