Cudowny odpoczynek w pełnym słońcu z przepieknymi widokami.

Piękny kompleks z cudownym widokiem na morze, dużo zieleni. Na terenie dostępny basen, leżaki i parasole. Bistro na terenie oferuje smaczną kuchnię, potrawy są podawane przepięknie. Personel uprzejmy, można się porozumieć po angielsku.

Dobrym pomysłem byłaby wypożyczalnia, np parasoli plażowych oraz rowerów.

Świetne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek w pobliżu centrum miasta, bez zgiełku i tłumów.

Kameralne miejsce, z dala od zgiełku Warny. Czysto zarówno w pokojach jak i na całym terenie. Blisko do plaży. Całkiem niezła restauracja na miejscu. Przepiękny widok ma morze.

W restauracji jest zezwolenie na palenie papierosów, a bułgarzy lubią zajarać. Słabo wyposażona kuchnia. Przy pełnym obłożeniu ośrodka i w godzinach otwarcia restauracji bark miejsc parkingowych na terenie ośrodka.

Приятная локация. Красивый вид из номеров. Садовник отлично ухаживает за садом. В номерах чисто.

Сервис плохой. Коммуникация с сотрудниками на ресепшине была сложной, все наше общение выглядело так, как будто нам делают большое отдолжение. Хотели воспользоваться общим барбекю (которое было абсолютно свободно весь вечер к слову), нам сказали что уровень нашего номера не допускает пользования барбекю. Я показала письмо от букинга где я уточняла этот вопрос и получила ответ, что доступ открыт для всех. Ответили - что отвечал букинг и они к этому не имеют отношения. Серьезно? Так же, в телефонном режиме, мы заказывали определенный номер и получи подтверждение. По приезду получили аналогичный; но не тот что просили. Чек аут в 11.00. Ресторан работает с 12.00. Выпить кофе и позавтракать негде. И ладно бы были накладки и недопонимания, они случаются, но то с каким лицом и нежеланием разобраться в ситуации сотрудник ресепшена делал свою работу - испортили впечатление и настроение. А мы приехали праздновать День Рождения. Жаль.

Уютный комплекс со своими минусами.

В целом комплекс оборудован всем необходимым, есть ресторан, бассейн, довольно уютно и чисто. Чтобы отдохнуть пару дней очень хорошее место. Есть общая зона для приготовления барбекю, настольный теннис, игровая комната, площадка для волейбола и футбола, правда не в очень хорошем состоянии. Сам домик уютный, две раздельные комнаты и зал с мини кухней и балконом. Правда не все домики с видом на море. Первые три домика только, остальные дальше и моря не видно, а остальные расположены торцом, правда у них на балконе есть кирпичный мангал. Очень доброжелательные девушки на ресепшен.

Во-первых очень отдаленное место, без машины некуда пойти вечером, до магазина добирались около получаса наверх пешком. В комплексе было два автомата, один с кофе, другой с напитками, пивом и водой. Через день автомат с водой куда-то убрали, хорошо что мы купили воду заранее. Купить воду просто было негде. В ресторане утром только комплексные завтраки можно заказать и надо заказывать заранее по меню каждого дня что нам было неудобно так как дети не все ели из меню и не было смысла заказывать. Альтернативы не было. Утром ходили на море до обеда, отдыхали,и вечером ходили в ресторан на территории. Больше пойти было некуда. На долгое время не советую, скучно и однообразно, далеко от цивилизации. Не работала плитка, девушка с рецепшн пыталась выключить и включить пробки, через какое-то время получилось. На следующий день тоже самое, я сам уже включал и отключал пока не заработало. На кухне мало приборов, нет бокалов для пива, вина, нет даже штопора, люди хотят посидеть на балконе выпить вина, и нельзя открыть бутылку, пришлось просить в ресторане чтоб открыли.

Чудесна гледка, много добре напрвен и поддържан парк и басейн. Ресторантът беше много добър,чудесен оркестър имаше с много добра певица, свираха само българска народна музика и то много разнообразна.

Сутрин трябва да има кой да направи хубаво еспресо.

Great location, very clean, relaxing times

The complex is very close to the beach (if you don't mind many stairs or if you have a car to go round on the (longer) road down to the beach. The pool is a nice addition, especially in the early morning, no one was there. Fantastic view from our room (no 19). Personnel was very nice, thanks so much to the two ladies at reception ❤️

The restaurant is somehow separate from the complex, they only open at 5pm on weekdays and noon on weekends. For the first days, there was no where to get coffee in the morning since the vending machine was broken. The room did have these instant 3in1 coffee things but I personally can't call that proper coffee. Information in English / other languages would also be appreciated. As to the restaurant, only cash payment in the local currency is possible (no card payments)

Beautiful surrondings, not so nice restaurant.

The property looked very nice, situated in beautiful natural surroundings.

The restaurant - we had to pay cash, the waitress was rude, the restaurant was closed for breakfast and not opened at all on Monday-Tuesday. No cleaning services in the rooms during our four day stay.

Exceptional

The girls love the cats and dog . They spent most of the time outdoors playing with the animals as well as running about and exploring the playground facilities. The restaurant served delicious food and has small cute soft play. It was nice and quiet and perfect for good family relaxation. Close to the beach and lovely walks around made our stay there an interesting adventure for the whole family

Great relaxation

Quite and clean place next to the sea. We stayed in a double room with a sea view. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

A beautiful hidden gem, clean and welcoming

The hotel is lovely, very clean and well maintained (i.e the accommodation, grounds, gardens are all well looked after). There is a small pool which was enough to entertain the children for a while and a kids soft play area, a trampoline which again were great. There is a cafe/bar which serves food and drink at reasonable prices and the food was fine too. The wifi is excellent, our deluxe Villa was lovely a good size, air con, fridge with a balcony and lovely view of the sea. Katya who helped us check in and during our stay was amazing, very helpful and attentive despite some issues with our booking on the day we arrived (this is not their fault) she sorted everything out for us. The location is very peaceful but remote, you wont be able to walk anywhere i.e shops etc so you definitely need a hire car or happy to use a taxi (which is very reasonable) takes about 15 minutes to get to the other side for Varna across the bridge if you want more to do.

The fact its hidden away and remote I think is great, however with children who need more 'out and about' its not the most ideal.
