We've been coming in this complex for about 4 years on long weekends. It is always pleasant due to the pool, proximity to the beach, the nice live music bar every night. The complex is fairly new and the rooms are newly equipped.
Check-in and check-out were very easy, they have a reception and if you arrive late you can take the key from the security guard. Easy and fast communication.
The apartment we had was at the ground floor, which was great for easy access to the pool, and also a big balcony with trees and grass in front and the occasional cat coming for a treat.
Both rooms are rather large and it was good for 2 couples. The bathroom is huge.
I would never stay in this place again. They may have different apartments, but the one at the ground floor is full of mold. Not only could I see the mold on different walls, but it smelled horribly. The fact that it's on the ground floor makes it harder to air the room, since you can't leave the doors wide open during the day. Mold is a serious health hazard. We only stayed here for 3 nights, but having a longer stay, or with kids, is definitely a no.
The kitchen does not have much. While there are some plates and glasses and a few (big) pots, there is not even salt or sugar, or a wine bottle opener.

For more than hour we were not able to get the keys. Hotel was closed when we arrived at 10 pm (we mentioned in reservation late check in).
I found some security officer who had our keys, he told to pay before check in, but only by cash. So at midnight we had to go to look for atm.
