Varna beach

Interesting building representing urban architecture in Bulgaria, very central location, facilities like stores close by, museum in walking distance. Very helpful and prompt communication with the host. Easy access with key box. Absolutely affordable and very good price for the value. Heating works, kitchen is well-equipped. House inhabitants are friendly. The neighborhood is all right. The style and furniture is ok and works.

All in all: good value for the money! But... Parking is only free during night and on public holidays (which we had, otherwise you need an app, but this is ok and low parking fees), but it is always complicated to find a spot. If you found one, you might be blocked by other cars, so chose the space strategically. Shower temperature is very difficult to regulate (caution!) and decreases quickly. And well... the apartment was not so clean (dishes, corners) and some spots (part. the beds, towels) a bit smelly, while the bed sheet was tiny. But well, it is extremely affordable!

Чудесен апартамент, оборудван повече от достатъчно за една семейна почивка. Много е близко до катедралата и до центъра на града. Плажът е на около половин час пеша, но винаги може да се ползва денонощен паркинг на пристанището за 2 лв. на час.

Няма такова нещо - всичко беше чудесно.

Appartement agréable à la périphérie du centre de Varna. Proximité avec la cathédrale mais un peu loin de la plage. Le quartier ainsi que le bâtiment est calme à l'image de la mentalité bulgare. La literie est confortable et les balcons sont vraiment appréciables notamment pour étendre le linge. Le gros plus est la réactivité et la disponibilité du propriétaire pour toute question.

La propreté est malheureusement un peu négligée notamment dans la salle de bain. L'équipement dans la cuisine pourrait être plus fourni à l'image du manque de vaisselle et d'équipement de cuisine.
