Very nice hotel with a great restaurant!
Situated quite nicely in between Naples and Amalfi Coast.
The views from our rooms terrace and from the restaurant terrace on the Vesuvius are spectacular and the sunset every evening is a gift!
Parking seems like a challenge, but don't hesitate to ask the fabulous staff for help, speaking of the hotel staff; what a wonderful, helpful and hospitable staff!
I have absolutely no complaints!

The staff were very friendly and helpful
The restaurant was excellent
The views are the best and the sunsets were breathtaking
The location from the town is up a steep hill
There are buses but the timings are erratic

The hotel is very clean and nice. The hosts are very polite. I asked for gluten free breakfast and I got gluten free pies.
The swimming pool were clean and the view is unforgettable from there and from the restaurant also.
I asked a room with see view. We have got the down floor see view rooms with balcony but It was too close to the motorbikes which were standing under the balcony. The road was very noisy which is not very pleasant when you want to relax and eat on the balcony of the room. I couldn't sleep well because of the car noise.
The entrance of the parking is very narrow. You have to travel to reach the main attractions.

Paid extra for sea view room was great with view of Vesuvius, beautiful pool, high quality food in restaurant, they helped turn our car around in the garage and didn’t scratch it!
The location is VERY VERY difficult to get to, requires a tiny car to get through the narrow road and into the driveway, the turning from the main road is only accessible if coming from Naples direction making it very difficult to return to the property if coming from Sorrento direction.
Do not book here if you’re stressed about scratching a rental car, or if you’re an inexperienced driver!!
If another car comes towards you on the tiny road then it’s very very difficult to let them pass or turn around.
Not in walking distance to anything so felt isolated
There was no air conditioning despite us paying for a room with air con, only a fan function so room didn’t actually get cold, no WiFi on third floor
€3 extra per towel
Staff did not speak much English and were unable to assist with aircon/WiFi
The “sofa” in the room was actually a fold up bed with bare mattress, looked very tacky and was too upright to actually lounge on it.
Nothing in minibar, no coffee or milk provided in room, there was a kettle but the only plug it would fit was under the desk so it had to go on the floor when
