About this house rental
Casa Kalosa is a beautiful villa on the edge of Alcalali, which has some of the valley’s best restaurants within walking distance plus a number of bars, that also serve food. This beautiful villa is located at the edge of a peaceful development with private access along a small lane affording privacy and no passing traffic. The property is ideally situated for walking and cycling.
The villa is all on one level with the main entrance door at the top of the stairs from the driveway. Once through the main door the fully equipped roomy kitchen is to the right, the spacious living area is ahead overlooking the pool and the gardens at the front of the villa. There is also a large Naya (enclosed balcony) with seating that has wonderful mountain and valley views. There are 3 bedrooms, an en suite master with a king size bed, plus a twin bedroom and a double bedroom sharing a family walk in shower room.
The spacious living room has a comfortable seating area with a large dining area, a door through to the enclosed naya with a further inside dining area overlooking the pool. There is also access to the exterior sun terrace with another dining option via a spiral staircase down to the pool
The enclosed gardens are private and contain a number of seating and dining options so the sun or shade is always easy to find. A gas BBQ is provided in one of the many dining areas. The above ground pool is 10m x 5m and can be accessed direct from the terrace.
Also to be found on the downstairs pool terrace is a fitted kitchen for cooking outdoors with a refrigerator, freezer and sink. This level also includes some gym equipment, a fitness area and a poolside WC and shower. The house sleeps 6 persons.
A midweek change of all linens (except pool towels) is available for any stay of 2 weeks or more, Including a mini bathroom clean. A basic welcome pack is provided but should you require a larger pack please contact us. A cot and High chair can be provided. again. please contact us.
The traditional village of Alcalali is a 10min walk from the villa and has a bakery, ATM, 2 small village supermarkets, pharmacy, newsagents beauty salon and butchers. Both Jalon and Orba are a 5 min drive away. Jalon has, every Saturday a farmers market and a "Rastro"a large mixed market and a produce market every Tuesday morning.
There is a 24hr Emergency centre in Benissa and a full hospital at La Xara (approx 25 min drive)

We had an amazing time at the villa and enjoyed the pool and the views. We also enjoyed the space and all the areas around the garden and various patios. Thank you for a great holiday, Heidi at class act provided great communication throughout and was very helpful with tips etc.

Property is very spacious with several places to sit and enjoy food etc. The pool is a decent size but not too deep . We was left in privacy which was lovely . The only downside I would say is that the aircon unit is in the living room only and even with keeping curtains closed and main doors closed we still struggled to keep the bedrooms cool . The villa is roughly 1 hr from Alicante airport There is a Lidl 20 mins away We would definitely book again .

We had such a lovely week at Casa Kalosa. The villa is really spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It has multiple outside areas for dining, sunbathing and shade bathing. Our favourite was the balcony which has most fabulous views of the mountains.
We returned to the UK feeling thoroughly rested wishing we could have stayed longer.
Would definitely recommend.

Had such a great time with family at this villa location, can not fault it. Location was stunning the photos do not do it justice. Great restaurants not far from villa, and lovely little towns 5 mins away with shops and supermarket. Villa had all we needed, basic but all was there. Most of time was spent in outside areas, would highly recommend and will be back to area again.
