C’était super, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence de Marie-José à notre arrivée qui avait pu être très bien gérée par Sergio. Il y avait des doubles des clés à disposition. Le logement est magnifique et l’emplacement dispose de très belles installations pour passer de belles vacances.

The location was fantastic. A great location in the balaia resort surrounded by pools, trees, tennis court and easy access to food at the club resorts and restaurants. The host was fantastic, easy to contact and very responsive. The flat is very modern, clean with microwave, oven, toaster, fully equipped with plates and utensils. The sofas are clean and comfy as we had movie evenings. The washing machine and tumble drier were very handy. I would highly recommend. Great location with easy access to Santa Eulalia, the strip and old town among other places. Thanks for letting us stay.

Lovely Apartment exactly like pictures. Check in was smooth and we were able to check in early as apartment was ready.Great WiFi and has all the mod cons. Shop & Chemist to left of resort entrance as you exit. We took number 9 bus to Faro at cost of €5.30 - same bus also goes to Villamoura. We used Uber to most places - as there were 4 of us, it was better value than bus. Lots of restaurants within a short walk, you turn left as you leave resort. Intermarche supermarket is same direction but further walk- we didn't find it significantly cheaper than the nearby shop to go there more than once - maybe with a car! Lovely beach within 10 mins walk - turn left and then right at the gas station and then left in front of Club Med and follow the path. Its a bit steep so maybe not ideal if you have mobility issues. Balaia Village itself is beautiful but do note, that apart from swimming pools ( 6 of them - 3 with pool bars) you pay for tennis, golf, bowls and indoor gym and pool. Golf was €30 for day for a resident or €60 if you don't have your own clubs and you also need golf balls which were €12 for 3. Lovely par 3 course. Tennis was €14 per court for one hour or €19 for 90 mins and rackets were €5 per person with balls included. Tip - bring your own sun cream it was quite expensive everywhere. Highly recommend the apartment and the resort
