Size was perfect for us. Cleanliness was great and instructions for check in and check out were good. Location was ideal for us. We had other relatives that live about 15 minutes away.
Nothing in particular. We did have a battery go down in a smoke detector in the twin bedroom. Other than that it was very welcoming.

The location was quiet, close to the St Johns River State College, and not far from the main shopping centers. Also, there were plenty of restaurants, fast food, grocery stores close to this location.
We really didn't find anything that was not acceptable about this location. There was nothing to dislike about this location unless you are looking to be in the center of a busy area. No issues whatsoever.
