Spacious and bright apartment looking over the river Lagan in Belfast. Very clean and confortable. Easy walk into the city centre.

Great location, very easy to walk into the centre. Lovely view over the river from the large balcony. Spacious lounge and dining area, lots of room for group of eight friends. Quiet neighbourhood.
Double beds very soft. Pots and pans a bit grubby/oily, needed washing before use. Some of the pans were not usable due to non stick coating had peeled off. An additional toilet would be great as one of the two bathrooms is an en suite, meaning that the other 6 people only had one bathroom to share.

The property itself was lovely, loads of space and had everything we needed.
We had issues with the cleanliness of the property, we found pills around the apartment and some pants in one of the wardrobes. Some of the fabrics smelt and it had an overall tired feel. The staff we contacted were excellent, very communicative and wanted to rectify the issue. The direct vicinity of the apartment isn’t great but it is only a very short walk over the river where it is much nicer.
