About this apartment rental
Our beautiful, new apartment in Lauenförde is located in the heart of the Weserbergland.
This cozy apartment is on the top floor of a very well-kept house with a balcony and extends over a total of 110 square meters over two floors.
On the first floor there is a large living-dining area with an open kitchen and a sunny balcony, which invites you to linger and relax.
Our kitchen is new and well equipped for baking and cooking. H. Dishwasher, freezer, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, stove and much more.
In the living area there is a large XL couch and a 55 inch LED TV which is ideal for relaxing. The dining area has a large extendable table where up to six people can eat comfortably or have a game night. A larger selection of family games, radio and CD player are also available for you.
The bright, friendly bathroom invites you to a refreshing shower or a soothing bath. Towels, shower towels, cosmetic mirrors and hairdryers are ready for you.
Furthermore, there is a bright bedroom with a large, comfortable double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a large mirrored wardrobe on this floor.
There is a storage room for your luggage as well as free use of the washing machine.
Free parking spaces for cars and storage facilities for bicycles are available.
On the second floor you come to the other cozy bedrooms via a narrow wooden staircase.
In the open bedroom with a pointed floor and triangular windows there are two beds of 1m x 2m. If required, these can also be pushed together.
The other bedroom is on the opposite side.
Here is a 180cm x 200cm large double bed in the small, cozy pointed floor.
The price is calculated for occupancy up to 4 people, each additional person costs € 15 more per night.
The price includes; Bed linen, dish towels & towels.
Arrival from 4 p.m.
Departure until 11 a.m.

Our house is located in a quiet, well-kept development area.
Next door is our modern hair studio that leaves nothing to be desired. Likewise, there is the possibility to book a nail modeling after prior appointment.
Adjacent to the residential area there is a large supermarket with post office and café in approx. 200m distance. Children's playground and sports facilities are nearby.
In addition to a very good restaurant with German cuisine, you will also find an Italian restaurant, steak house and a Greek tavern on the lake.
With around 2500 inhabitants, Lauenförde is the southernmost city in Lower Saxony and borders on Hesse and North Rhine-Westphalia. That is why we speak of the "tri-border region".
The fairytale cycle paths through the Weserbergland begin right on our doorstep. Cyclists and hikers will find ideal conditions in the Weser Uplands. A network of well-signposted and developed bike paths leads through idyllic mountain and hill landscapes, and attractive local recreation areas invite you to take long day trips along the Weser.
The highlight of this region is the well-known Weser Skywalk 9.2 km from Lauenförde.
Wellness / relaxation
We highly recommend the Weser Therme in Bad Karlshafen, 8.2 km away, which is in first place in the thermal spa ranking in Hesse.

Hervorragende Unterkunft um die Gegend zu erkunden, abseits der Hauptstraße in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet und dennoch fußläufig Restaurants und Co zu erreichen. Dank der Insider-Tipps der Wirtin kulinarisch alles so wie wir dies für den runden Geburtstag aber auch den „normalen“ Abend brauchten. Auch Ausflugstipps für unseren Sohn waren dabei und das ausgiebige Info-Material in der Wohnung lässt noch Lust auf mehr aufkommen. An-und Abreise-Absprachen funktionierten reibungslos.
Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt für 3 Generationen unter einem Dach und umfangreich ausgestattet!
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben 5 tolle Tage in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung verbracht. Wir haben sie genossen! Alles ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist modern, großzügig und hochwertig, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Umgebung rund um die Weser ist sehr schön. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder und erkunden dann die Gegend mit dem Fahrrad.
Vielen Dank, Familie Brecht, für den perfekten Aufenthalt in Ihrer schönen Wohnung.
PS.: ich muss unbedingt noch wissen, wo das tolle Sofa her ist.
