Life on the pony farm in the countryside... beautiful scenery and yet centrally located

The apartment is located on my horse farm, set in a beautiful rural setting. Here, you can sit and relax surrounded by nature (seating and barbecue facilities available) or explore the area (Kassel, the Documenta city, is only 10 km away and offers many things to do).

The apartment features a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a pallet sofa (sleeps 2), a separate bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4), a single bed in the hallway, a separate room with a desk, a small sofa bed, and a cozy double box-spring bed, as well as a common room with a large table and seating for 16, and a storage room with a washing machine, clothes rack, and fridge-freezer combo.
Outside, there is a terrace, a grill, and a smoking area with a view of the horses and beautiful nature; at night, you’ll enjoy absolute tranquility and a stunning starry sky. Nevertheless, shopping, restaurants, a gas station, a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy, and more are all within walking distance. There is a train station in town, from which you can reach Kassel in 10 minutes by regional train.
