Die tadellose Ausstattung mit Mobiliar und die Lage, die Fußbodenheizung, die Möglichkeit, draußen sitzen zu können.
Es fehlte ein einfacher Besen und eine Müllschaufel um die bei einem längeren Aufenthalt unvermeidlichen Krümel u.a. Zu beseitigen.

Zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung.
Fehlender Sichtschutz an der Fensterfront. Es war möglich, die elektrischen Rollladen zu bedienen ansonsten wäre eine direkte Einsicht in die Wohnung möglich. Etwas mehr Inventar (Geschirr) hätten wir uns gewünscht.

Für unseren Kurztripp nach Kassel völlig in Ordnung. Gute kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Modern eingerichtet. Kontaktloser Zugang
Badezimmer Tür mit Glasscheibe, Bad nur mit Licht möglich, das dann direkt aufs Bett scheint. Ist Nachts nervig. Kaltes helles Licht . Sauberkeit ist verbesserungsfähig .
