The big, exclusive and very quiet 'ART-City-Studio Kassel 2' is in a top location on the eastern outskirts of Kassel near the Documenta exhibition areas with a magnificent view of the Fuldau floodplains on Kassel's landmark, the Hercules (world cultural heritage). The apartment has been completely renovated and refurnished. You can expect exclusive designer furniture, lovely accessories and many works of art. As a free extra, we offer you W-LAN access for internet use.
To the left of the house there are several free parking spaces for cars.

Kassel city center with the DOCUMENTA exhibition areas can be reached in a few minutes by car or public transport (bus), but also within walking distance through the Fuldaaue, which is right outside the door.

Ein schönes Apartment mit modernem Komfort. Platz genug für uns 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Hunden. Schön ruhig gelegen, dennoch zentral genug, dass man fußläufig alles Nötige erledigen kann. In nächster Nähe (ca. 5 Minuten zuFuß) findet man einen Bäcker und einen Rewe. Das genügt vollkommen. Ein Stellplatz fürs Auto steht auch zur Verfügung. Und mit Balkon und großer ‚Wiese‘ hinterm Haus ist auch für Frischluft und die Hunderunde alles vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Reklamationen zur Sauberkeit von Küche und Bad und zum Zustand von Elektrogeräten wurden vom Vermieter und einer Reinigungsfirma zeitnah bearbeitet. Dort blieb vieles haften. Die Wohnung liegt 15 Gehminuten von Ausflugslokalen in Kassel entfernt, vom Balkon geht der Blick in die Landschaft, die Möbel sind apart, ihr Gebrauchszustand entspricht partiell nicht den Fotos. Auch dank des handfesten Einsatzes und der freundlichen Umsicht des Betreibers der Reinigungsfirma und der langen Telefongespräche mit dem Vermieter haben wir uns schließlich im Appartement wohl gefühlt.
