This pretty holiday home is located in a quiet urbanization, approx. 2 km from the LEVANTE beach. The house is south facing and from the terrace you have a view of the Peñon de Ifach. Shops, bars and restaurants can be found within a 1-2 km radius.

1 shower / toilet, 1 guest toilet, a living / dining room with open kitchen, covered terrace in front of the entrance and by the pool.
The free terrace is directly at the 8m x 4m pool with stairs. An outdoor shower is also available. In front of the house, within the closed property, there is a parking space for 2 vehicles.

La casa perfecta, a menos de 5 min en coche de la playa, podrias ir dando un paseo tambien. Zona muy tranquila, sin ruidos por la noche. La casa tiene de todo, esta muy limpia. Los colchones y el sofa comodos. Volveremos seguro.
