Huge apartment, very comfortable, right over the main gate into Civita di Bagnoregio, with a view of the bridge. After all the day trippers left, we wandered the quiet town. It felt like being in a fairy tale. An incredible experience. No aircon but there are ceiling fans and we were comfortable.

Beautiful property, lovely old house. Comfortable beds and well equipped for a short stay. Lots of well cared for cats in the village and good restaurants. We had an amazing meal at Il Pozzo di Desideri with lovely friendly staff.
The best part was waking up and exploring the village at dawn with zero tourists (and lots of cats 😂)
Communication from the owner was good other than the porter service being n/a after 5pm.
Future guests should be aware that the luggage transfer service ends at 5pm on Sunday (not sure of other days). We were delayed so had to leave our bags in the car. The walk to the town takes about 15-20min from the car park so I’d recommend packing an overnight bag.
Also note that there are no shops in the village so guests should bring their own breakfast supplies as the owner only supplies coffee pods and a few random tea bags. The earliest cafe opens at 9am.

The house is so huge and pretty. The house is decorated very well, and you got everything you need. The house location is prefect and so close to the bridge.
