Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just stayed here for the fourth time. The house is clean, spacious, comfortably furnished, and well-supplied, and the cable TV is a bonus. The heat and hot water worked well. The kitchen is well-equipped but you'll need to bring all the basics like salt & pepper and cooking oil. We especially like the location -- very close to the beach, and walking distance from the grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops (especially Cafe Paname). The only downside is some traffic noise from Palm Blvd. There is a sheltered place to store bicycles, easily accessible but out of sight. Our dog can safely stay out on the porch without being able to escape into the street.We were fortunate that the warm December weather allowed us to walk around and see all the Christmas decorations.

Great location! House needs some updating. The layout is a little strange downstairs. The house was clean. I will never use VRBO again. Same house was cheaper on a reality site.
