About this house rental
A nicely updated two level, four bedroom, three bathroom vacation rental home with garage in Hot Springs Village Golf and Lake Resort. The home is less than three miles or less than 10 minutes from the West Security (highway 7) Gate. You are walking distance to the DeSoto trail, Lake DeSoto, shops and restaurants. On the entry level is the living room with sofa and love seat and large SMART HDTV. There is a large dining table with extra chairs on the bar next to the kitchen. The kitchen has been nicely updated with side by side refrigerator, smooth cooktop and updated corian countertops. The large utility room has new HE washer and dryers. There is an all seasons room with chairs and work table. There is a concrete deck with table and a second deck with access down to a private backyard. The master bedroom has a king bed and the master bath has a walk in shower. The second king bedroom is on the entry level and there is a guest bathroom with walk in shower on this level. Downstairs is a third king bedroom, bathroom with shower and tub and a extra space with HDTV and two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and has a queen bed, twin bed and a pool table. Hot Springs Village is a gated Community about 15 miles north of Hot Springs. Enjoy golf, fishing, swimming, tennis and hiking trails in the heart of the Ouachita Mountains.

We loved the house - the kitchen had all you could possibly need to cook or need. House was great with the pool table and beautiful wooded neighborhood. Only snag was the rental managing agency told us 3 times "the gate has the names of all 3 of your group" and each of us were snarled at by the gate keeper and told they didn't have any names.. A little frustrating - but they did finally let us pass through their PORTAL !

Served our purposes well; easy access location near West Gate, but still a quiet spot; clean; not unreasonably priced for the size
Positives: spacious rooms, 3 king beds & 3 legit bathrooms, big kitchen and well equipped, plenty of seating
Negatives: despite an inordinate amount of overhead lighting, there are zero table lamps; there is no decor, making the interior bland; the house exterior and grounds are in serious need of attention and upkeep
