***I offer an all inclusive experience in my cozy cabin themed townhome. 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, with deck & custom outdoor bar area. Pet friendly as well. Up to 3 dogs allowed. Perfect for a cocktail or morning coffee located just 50 ft from the swimmable Lake Segovia in Hot Springs Village. It is a cozy 12 acre lake. Trolling motor boats only on the lake. Conveniently close to the West Gate & 0.5 miles to Desoto Golf Course. Private Hot tub overlooking the lake. Need to warm up and don’t want to get wet? Relax in my sauna located in basement bedroom!! Basement bedroom is only accessible by the deck stairs or side slope of house. Included is seasoned wood for your indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. 4 total beds: 2 king, 1 queen, and a leather sofa & a futon for guests 7-8. There are 7 kayaks, 5 adult and 2 child’s sized, 5 fishing poles, and of course a 4-6 person spa including tv to relax & unwind for you! Indoor sauna as well for the chilly nights!Warm up by the outdoor fire pit.4 total tv’s w/ 1 gig WiFi speed. This a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Pet friendly (leash law enforced) & only 2 minutes to the front gate & Brookshire grocery store, with Walmart nearby too. Large 3rd bedroom basement room w/ 55 intv, sauna, full bath, pub table, tempur-pedic bed, futon, microwave included!! Keyless entry I’ll provide code after 11:00 AM on arrival day. Note: A security camera has recently been installed overlooking the front door entrance. Desoto Public pool available a mile away for 5pp/day during the summer months. Pickelball courts a mile down the main road Desoto.We are approximately 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 15 minutes to the pristine Lake Quachita! Trolling boats only on our quaint 12 acre lake. No access for motor home or anything towed. Driveway only 20 ft long.

Great place! Very clean, great views, easy to get in the house, hot tub was great and kayaking was fun. Host responds quickly and is extremely nice. Will definitely book with them again.

It appears the pictures were taken to deceive the room locations and size. Very dark home with limited lighting that is not identified. I would not bring a young family due to having to go outside for one room. Hot tub leaked or always had water around it. Not very private on the deck and no privacy in the master bedroom due to direct connect duct work to the bedroom below. Last stay for me and my family for sure.
