This house is fab!! The pictures don’t do it justice! A beautiful lake view from the whole back of the house was such a treat! The house is fully stocked with all the amenities you need and everything is so organized. We wish we could have stayed longer. The location in Hot Springs Village is a perfect distance from town and close to a store. We only drove a few minutes to get to all of the important things to see in town (Bathhouse Row, shops, some hiking, casino, etc). Hoping to come back with family in the future and would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

This home was very nice and had the extra touches. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood, not far from the Hot Springs Village gate. Rodney was excellent at communicating with me. The check in process was easy! We had three couples and had plenty of room for all of us. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Our family of 2 adults and 2 teens loved our stay. Rodney was the most helpful owner we have ever rented from. He responded very quickly to every message and provided quick solutions to the few minor questions we had. The house was clean, and beautifully decorated. The view over the lake is gorgeous, especially at sunrise and sunset. We loved the open plan of the living area. The master bedroom is very spacious, the bed comfortable, and the view stunning. The master bed is quite high and I did need to use the step stool that was provided to get onto the bed. The master bath has a convenient blind that can be closed for privacy or opened to see the gorgeous view. Our 2 teens decided to both sleep in the room with 2 beds and they both found their beds very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely organized with everything we needed. Unlike many houses in the village, the driveway was relatively flat. We enjoyed swimming & kayaking. We all wished we had brought swim shoes. I asked Rodney if there were chairs we could take down to the lakeside and he promptly had a set of chairs delivered for our use which were much appreciated. If you love the smell of a candle store, you'll really love this house. There were 10 plug-in scents going when we arrived. If you have a family member allergic to artificial scents, be sure to request they not be plugged in before you arrive. We would enjoy staying in this house again.

We stayed in this home for a weekend and it definitely wasn't long enough. No one wanted to leave! The house is beautiful. Everything felt/was new and immaculately clean. The owner(s) thought of every little detail needed to make our stay perfect....and it was! Rodney was very prompt in answering any messages that I sent with questions (usually within 15 minutes!). I can't say enough good things about this house.

Our family enjoyed the stay. The house was well laid out and clean. We had a nice view of the lake and deck seating was sufficient. Rooms were very comfortable, and the interior was updated & nicely appointed. Path leading to the lake was maintained and easy to walk. Kayaks were a great addition. One thing that might have made it better, a lakeside dock for easier access into and out of the water. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Great property. Very clean. Comfortable furniture including beds. Our kids are bigger, but it would be a great property for littles as well— you have a great shallow spot for swimming with younger kids near the bank. This also made loading into the kayaks much easier too! Lots of shade and a great back patio for sunrises and sunsets. My kids loved finding new board games there for us to play. There’s a great selection. For readers, you don’t even have to pack a book— there’s so many good ones there to choose from. It was nice and close to town too. My kids loved the mini golf course in the neighborhood and I would have tried pickle ball on a cooler day if I had planned better.

This house was perfect for the family. We ranged in age from 65 to 2. The home was clean and comfortable Some tried to fish without success. But they had fun trying. And some tried the kayaks. The neighborhood playground 5min away and the putput golf all free, was a hit. The only issue we had was not with they owners but the side yard was an electrical easement was not cut. Causing a high number of mosquitos. I look forward to coming back one day, hopefully during the fall.

We had such a great time in Hot Springs Village. This rental property was everything we could have asked for; Beautiful lakefront property, so peaceful and serene. The owners kept in communications with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Our family ranged from 10 to 76 years old and everyone had a great time. If we ever visit the area again, I would defintely like to stay at this property.

Housekeeping was awesome, the house was spotless! Loved laundry soap. Didn't cook much, kitchen seemed well stocked. Lots of driveway room. AC in 3rd bedroom was perfect. A bit surprised that 2nd & 3rd bathrooms were across the hall from bedrooms.
