Located at 20 minutes from the center of Annecy and right in the countryside, this house is characterized by its charming decoration.
It is a haven of peace that we offer to our guests.
The 465 sqm House consists of 6 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms.
3 Double Rooms
1 Children's Room with 2 single beds
1 Children's Room with 2 x 2 bunk beds
1 Single room with a single bed
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
Two lounges: one at groundfloor and another upstairs with television.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Children and adults can enjoy the property garden, and admire the charming stream nearby.
In summer enjoy also the heated outdoor swimming pool (from June, depending on the weather).
The swimming pool is not available during winter time to avoid freezing & cracking.
🅿️ A private parking space is included.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Wifi is available throughout the house in the front of the house.
The ski slopes are quickly accessible, many hikes as well as an ancient Roman road located at the bottom of the village must be discovered.
La Clusaz is 20 minutes from the property by car.
The Conciergerie du Lac will be delighted to welcome you for your stay. Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of € 20 will be asked.
Departures are made at the latest at 10:00 am. If you wish to stay until 12:00, a supplement of € 30 will be asked and for a departure at 15:00, a supplement of 50 euros will be asked.

La maison est absolument incroyable pour passer un séjour en famille ou entre amis, car elle est conviviale mais les espaces nuits restent indépendants les uns des autres (avec leurs propres toilettes et salles de bains).
La maison est ancienne donc pleine de charme, et en même temps rénovée donc assez moderne.
L’extérieur, quant à lui, est magnifique : au calme et en pleine nature ! Et encore, nous n’avons pas pu bénéficier de la piscine qui était en hivernage.
Il est possible de garer au moins 6-7 voitures.
Petit bémol : La maison étant très grande, nous avons eu très froid les 24h heures suivant notre arrivée (séjour mi-Mars).
J’y reviendrai avec beaucoup de plaisir !

Maison idéale pour partir à 3 couples avec enfants
Chaque chambre a sa propre sdb
Belle rénovation, le moulin à bcp de charme, la rivière longe le terrain.
Vous ne manquerez de rien, les hôtes ont pensé à tout! Jeux de société, karakoé, piano, babyfoot, livres, etc
Proche d’Annecy et de la Clusaz (20min max)

Chambres impeccables avec sanitaires attenants, bien insonorisées.
Équipements au top pour la cuisine (juste pas de machine à capsules), pour les loisirs : baby foot, billard, Karaoké, instruments de musique et divers jeux de société.
Sans vis à vis, paisible et très propre.
Nous n’avons pas pu profiter des extérieurs car séjour en hiver…. A refaire aux beaux jours 😉
