A little bit of paradise 25 metres from lake Annecy

Everything. Location (close to the lake and two minutes to the beach)- price (great value) - the studio flat (everything you needed plus a gorgeous balcony with a magic view of the lake) and the extremely attentive and kind host, Perrine.

Wouldn’t go back

Couldn’t get any coffee, lady said she would bring it and never did, messaged her again the next morning but she said she doesn’t start until 10am

Exceptional

Nice clean and spacious apartment. Good availability for parking, also good view. Small equipped kitchen, would have been nice if there was coffee available, there was tea. The location suited us, but you would really need a car to get to Annacy town. Not an issue for us, but just letting it be know that there was no lift, just stairs.

The only negative was the pillows, a bit flat, but I can move on from that, because everything else was good.

lovely balcony with Lake & mountain view, private parking just in front of House, 500 m to a Nice beach with life guard, restaurant, bar & water activities (pedal boats, motor boats, padle boards etc.), easy access to Annecy

We used it as a pre-position for a free half day’s skiing from Villlaroger. Annecy is not our scene but Veyrier-du-Lac

Perrine made us feel very welcome. Knowledgeable and polite, we could not have asked for more.

Reception had asked for approx arrival time - we got stuck in traffic - they phoned to ask if all ok just as we arrived! Everything ready for us including a parking spot

Forgot to bring snacks with us for apéro and no shop nearby (not exactly a dislike!)

Хорошее расположение. Все удобно и есть все необходимое. Мы воспользовались кухней и ужинали и завтракали на балконе с видом на озеро. Машину мы припарковали перед самим домом.

Кое-какие вещи можно уже заменить из-за старости. И ночью перед домом громко разговаривали молодые люди, мешали спать

Nous sommes arrivés 3h plus tôt que prévu, la dame nous a accueilli avec un grand plaisir. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Ce studio est parfait pour une semaine. Nous y reviendrons et nous en parlerons à nos amis.

Alles Klasse - aufgrund der tollen Lage direkt am See mit recht grosser Seeblick-Terrasse kann es natuerlich nachts durch Passanten bis mitternacht etwas lauter sein. Eventuell Ohrstoepsel mitbringen
