La vue sur le lac. La proximité de la plage (200 m). L'accueil de l’hôtesse, à l'écoute de chaque demande.
Le vis à vis de 6 containers de tri. Le vis à vis du parking, très bruyant le soir et la nuit (quand on dort toutes fenêtres ouvertes, par temps de canicule).
