Lake Annecy is within an easy 9-minute walk and Plage Municipale de Menthon Saint Bernard is also a quick 14-minute walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers covered onsite parking.

Spend a day at the nearby beach, relax by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the hot tub of this 2368-sq-ft villa, which also features a garden. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, stereo, and DVD player.

This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom rental features a living room, a dining area, a sofa bed, and a BBQ grill. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. This is a truly lovely and wonderful property. It's hard to believe but it is even better than the amazing photos suggest. Location is stunning with lovely lakeside views. The house is finished to a high spec and the outside patio/pool area is beautiful. What with the sauna, hottub, and several patio seating areas, it is just so relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped also. The only two very minor points of clarification I would make is that there is no central air conditioning, there is a single stand alone portable air conditioner. Secondly there aren't actually 4 bedrooms. The fourth bed is a (very good) fold down bed on the upstairs spacious landing area. I'd highly recommend this lovely property. It is expensive but it is worth it.
