Whole home rental for 2-3 families or group of friends looking for a luxury, fully equipped, high spec holiday home on the lakefront of Lake Annecy Haute Savoie. Cycling from the door step, hiking, mountaineering, skiing 20 minutes away, waterskiing, wake surfing, wake boarding. lakefront hot tub. The living area includes a high spec kitchen, dining room seating 14 people, formal lounge room. There are six beautiful ensuited bedrooms in addition to a luxurious master suite. Smart home it is equipped with ipad controlled lighting, heating. Camera & alarm security system. The BBQ & spa top off the wonderful experience. Warm & informative welcome on arrival, with Escape concierge services, champagne, luxury bamboo eco friendly linens and towels. Midweek cleans available, breakfast & Dinners & activities can be organised.
A stunning 50m2 waterfront deck offer clients the perfect access to Europe's cleanest lake annecy. Paddleboarding, waterskiing, kayaking & swimming are at at your fingertips with idyllic water temperatures reaching up to 26C in the summer. Spectacular water & mountain views are also a key highlight.
The formal lounge space accommodates 14 & has the pleasant outlook of the mountains, outside deck & manicured lawn. Its warmth is complemented by a live open fire & ambient lighting. Extensive storage offers guests the convenience of storing. Relaxing atmosphere to read a book, enjoy a glass of wine & chat with friends.
Fully equipped kitchen & expansive quartz benchtops create the ideal space for food preparation & catering.

During the summer months the dining experience can be enjoyed outside on the 14 seater designer oval dining table making the most of the mountain views & warm weather. Lounge setting is the perfect location for a sunset drinks. East-facing aspect of the house the deck is bathed in sun in the mornings which is ideal for a sun-drenched breakfast. Awning provides shade & the large deck BBQ is ideal for outdoor catering. There is a soccer goal for the children & petanque for the adults!
Loft Parents Retreat - The original exposed beams & contemporary warm ambiance of the self-contained master suite offer a blissful sanctuary to read a book, relax in the bath & take in the stunning lake & mountain views. The kitchenette includes Illy coffee machine, tea facilities, microwave & wine fridge. Mastered lounge area includes flat 30 inch screen TV, DVD & Apple TV. Telephone & printer. The luxury bathroom offers a deep coriander freestanding bath, functional double sinks on quartz countertop, towel warmers & twin chic Italian shower and rain shower.
