Located in the south of France, in Villevieille, between Nîmes and Montpellier, 30 minutes from the beaches of La Grande Motte and Grau du Roi, this 110 m² villa is ideal for accommodating a family of 6 people.
Our region benefits from a rich cultural heritage that you will enjoy discovering in the municipalities of Nîmes, Uzès, Arles, Aigues-Mortes, Pont du Gard ...
The house is built on an enclosed plot with a secure swimming pool for children and a beautiful shaded terrace of 25 m². She is composed :
Outside:
- a 6.90m x 3.20m pool treated with salt and surrounded by a synthetic grass beach
- a pleasant terrace covered by Camargue sagne with a dining area
- plancha, deckchairs, garden furniture
- vehicle parking
Inside:
On the ground floor :
- a living room of 57 m2 with fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, food processor) and lounge area with TV and corner sofa
- 1 bedroom with 160cm electric double bed (2 box springs of 80), TV, storage
- 1 bedroom with 140cm double bed, TV, desk, storage
- a bathroom with walk-in shower
- 1 separate WC
- a cellar with washing machine, dryer
- WIRELESS
Upstairs :
- 1 attic bedroom with 140cm double bed, TV, desk, storage
The house is located 500 meters from a park with play areas for children and a large square where lovers of pétanques will enjoy playing.
Many hikes, mountain biking trails, 3 km greenway that links Sommières to Caveirac, canoeing, paddleboarding, tree climbing…
Warning ! Permanent surveillance is the best protection against drowning. We thank you for your kindness and your understanding.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.
The villa is NON SMOKING.
Bed linen and towels are optional.
The cleaning must be done or a lump sum of 100 euros will be deducted from your deposit.
A certificate of civil liability with resort option is required.
Further information :
We have a cat, 3 hens and 2 turtles at home that will need to be fed every morning.
If this is a constraint for you, we will take care of it without disturbing you: private access to the back of the house.

Merci pour la préparation du logement et votre disponibilité.
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Nous avons aussi apprécié être près de la mer, des gorges, de Nîmes et du village de Sommières.
Les photos sont représentatives du logement.
Nos enfants ont aimé s'occuper des poules et des tortues.

Une super chouette maison situé dans un village calme . Celle-ci est vraiment bien équipée .
Elle est très bien localisé.
Merci aux propriétaires pour ce super séjour . Ils sont vraiment à l’écoute de leurs vacanciers. On y retournera avec plaisir .
