He villa is ideally located, 5 minutes from Sommières and its historic center with its summer markets and its famous market where second-hand dealers and market gardeners mix every Saturday morning.
Boisseron also benefits from its summer markets from which you can walk to it.
You can enjoy the secure swimming pool and chill under the pergolas or go to the beach of Grande-Motte or Carnon which are the closest, or taste wines for lovers near Viavino in St christol.
For the more intrepid there are activities such as Acrobranches in Sommières or St Christol, river walk or ascent of the Pic St Loup.
The house has 3 bedrooms: 1 master suite on the first floor with bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. Large kitchen open to the living room, opening onto the shaded terrace, you also have the possibility to have lunch under the oak tree in the garden. Every morning, you can have breakfast with fresh eggs, because our 3 hens, at the bottom of the garden, will be your local supplier for a few seeds and a little water. An office area, with printer and screen is also at your disposal as well as our fiber wifi and our multimedia devices.
Two parking spaces await you, one of which is equipped with an electric charging station.
