Very nice family home in the south of France (former coaching inn from the 18th century).
Weekly or weekend rental.
You will appreciate this beautiful house of character, always fresh, in the heart of the garrigue and vineyards, with a view of a listed 12th century church. You can discover the Gard countryside, go on many hikes, on foot or by bike. You will be 35 minutes from the sea, without neglecting the cultural aspect (many sites to discover: arenas of Nîmes and Arles, the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes, the Pont du Gard, and nearby Sommières and its castle).
Enough to fill your stay and appreciate our beautiful region.

Number of people = 7 to 10
Bathroom = 1 large with shower and bathtub.1 in the studio.
Powder room = 1 (in a bedroom)
House size = 230m²
Private enclosed garden, not overlooked.
To this house is added a recently equipped studio with kitchen, bathroom and sofa bed completely independent and very popular for seclusion a little. This outbuilding is just in front of the large house. (see photos).

This property had loads of charm and character as well as all the amenities necessary for a very comfortable stay. Our host was generous with provisions, helpful with local information on restaurants and markets and very responsive to my mixed French and English messages!

We spent 3 weeks at Alice's place, and there is nothing to say other than "thank you".
It is a wonderful, comfortable, peaceful place.
All you need for a relaxing holiday is there, in a lovely atmosphere.
If we may suggest, test the fresh baguettes from Sommieres City Center Boulanger. Every day a wood fired oven produce the most tasty bread you may imagine.

A lovely and spacious house with heaps of originality and that rustic French country feel. The very private courtyard works like a second living room. Put on your sunhat, sit back and listen to the singing of the cicadas. Lovely country walks between the rows of wine just outside the hamlet. Montpellier, Nimes or the coast are not far away either.
