Villa Gargasole is a modern villa with a private pool and all the amenities. It is the ideal place to spend a wonderful holiday in a villa with a pool in Salento.
The villa is located in the town of Alessano, in the southern part of Salento, about 10 minutes by car from the sea.
Set amidst the countryside and olive groves, in a predominantly rural area, Villa Gargasole offers maximum privacy and relaxation, even in its outdoor spaces.
The villa covers an area of approximately 800 square meters and is meticulously designed, from the layout of the rooms to the selection of furniture and decor. Every detail contributes to creating an atmosphere of elegance, prestige, and comfort.
THE HOUSE: LIVING AREA
The house spans approximately 120 m², with well-furnished rooms featuring a modern, refined design. The predominant colors inside are white and beige, which create a bright, airy atmosphere throughout. The floors are made of porcelain stoneware, and the windows are fitted with high-performance fixtures that ensure excellent energy efficiency and acoustic insulation.
The large open-plan space is tastefully decorated and includes a kitchen with a central island, along with all the necessary appliances, such as a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, American-style fridge, coffee machine, and electric kettle.
The living room features a 42" LED TV, a dining table with chairs, a comfortable double sofa bed, and a beautiful window overlooking the swimming pool and outdoor veranda.
THE HOUSE: SLEEPING AREA
The bedrooms are equipped with 22" LED TVs, large wardrobes, and USB charging points near the beds. There are two double bedrooms, one of which features a beautiful double canopy bed, as well as a triple bedroom with three single beds.
The house has two fully equipped bathrooms, both featuring elegant suspended sanitary fixtures, marble sinks, and shower cubicles.
The interior is fitted with a radiant floor heating system, and cooling is managed through two air conditioners, allowing for temperature regulation in both the sleeping and living areas.
OUTDOOR AREA: GAMES AREA, INFINITY POOL, COVERED VERANDA, BARBECUE
The outdoor space offers a delightful setting for any time of day. The veranda, with its wooden roof and waterproof straw, features an American-style barbecue with a large countertop, a comfortable extendable wooden table with chairs—perfect for organizing outdoor barbecues.
The stunning infinity pool (6x3.5 meters and 2.60x3 meters) includes a hydromassage feature (with 3 seats) and a small fountain. The pool is heated by a solar heating system, which adds a few degrees to the water temperature. However, the water temperature depends on the presence of the sun; in its absence, or during cold weather, this service may not be guaranteed.
Additional outdoor amenities include a solarium, poolside seating, two outdoor showers (with hot and cold water), a bathroom with laundry facilities and a washing machine, as well as a covered parking area with an automatic gate.
A beautiful sports field (approximately 10x5 meters) made of synthetic grass and fully enclosed is also available. It’s ideal for various sports activities, including mini tennis, basketball, mini football, volleyball, and more. The field is equipped with floodlights, making it usable at night. For added security, a camera has been installed to allow you to monitor your children playing directly from the kitchen’s monitor.
