About this villa rental
Maison Flamants Rose is perfect for one large or two smaller families. There are plenty of spaces to sit back and relax either under the shade of the terrace that surrounds the house, or take a swim and lay under the palm trees by the pool. The villa is spacious and light situated in a beautiful mediterranean garden. The ground floor is open plan, with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area seating 10 people. There is an additional dining area in the centre of the house close to the kitchen where there is a courtyard area perfect for alfresco dining.
The sitting room is has a large TV with UK and French TV channels for you to enjoy.
There are 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with large doors opening onto the terrace. Two additional bedrooms on the first floor, one double with its own terrace with a view of the lagoon and one with a bunk bed and 2 single beds perfect for kids.
The 4th bedroom suite is located on a third floor with its own bathroom and fabulous roof terrace looking towards Thau Lagoon and Sete in the distance.
We have a large heated pool (open May-October) with a pool house and BBQ area perfect for the sunny mediterranean evenings. Beyond this there is a grassy area great for kicking a ball around.
We have a games room in the garden with table tennis and pool table.
The villa is ideally located between the town with it's Port and the beach. The local area is built for cycling with a great network of safe cycle paths where you can cycle to the beach or the town in about 10 mins. By car its about 2/3 mins .
Both the town with it's idyllic Port setting and the beach at Marseillan plage there are numerous restaurants and bars to sample the local cuisine. Marseillan is famous for its oysters and vineyards so plenty of exploring to be done.
Local activities on offer include waterskiing, wakeboarding and SUP paddle boarding, and aqua park nearby in Agde.

We had a wonderful fun filled family time - Kerry is so easy to communicate with, the villa is beautiful, with lots of space for everyone and a fantastically big pool! The contrasts of Marseillan plage & the pretty town centre by the port make for lots of different things to do and we spent a day out at St Jean De Fos too which was lovely. Chill out or going for a wander on the bikes all very easy.

Nous avons passé Noël dans la villa de Kerry.
L'intérieur de la villa était décoré lors de notre arrivée (guirelandes et decorations lumieuses) et un sapin et des guirlandes était à notre disposition.
La villa est spacieuse bien équipée et agréables.
La villa est située à quelques mètres de la piste cyclable, c'est très appréciable avec les enfants. Il faut quelques minutes pour rejoindre Marseillan et son marché de Noël très animé.
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et nous remercions Kerry qui, à distance, à su répondre à toutes nos demandes.
