About this villa rental
Our villa offers a superb standard of accommodation having been completely refurbished with no expense spared. It is surrounded by landscaped gardens and we have installed a swimming pool complete with children's pool area. (Please note that the pool is unavailable Oct-May). We usually open it on the 1st of May.
Internally we have created 6 beautiful bedrooms all with individual character. The kitchen has been completely renewed with all appliances and there is a lounge area with flat screen TV, DVD, Satellite and Hi-Fi and a internal dining area which leads to a beautiful balcony with electric sun awning for dining outside that provides views over the Lac de Thau from Sete to the entrance of the Canal du Midi and the Med beyond.
It has a new air-conditioning system and wifi which adds to the comfort.
The villa enjoys a uniquely convenient location just 5 min walk from the restaurants and the old port in the centre of the village. Plus it is situated on the road to the main beaches (10min drive).
On Site Services: Linen and towels are included in the price of rentals and will be provided on your day of arrival. Wi-fi is also included in the price of your rental.
BBQ: There is a BBQ and dining area on the front terrace for guests to use.

The house is exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 small children. Location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the bakery and local restaurants. A 5 minute drive to Aldi and Carrefour. And only 10 minute drive to a fabulous beach. Sete and Beziers is only 30 minutes away.The pool is lovely and there are numerous loungers, chairs and pool inflatables available.Doriane (the local agent) was amazing, she answered any questions I had almost immediately.We found everything we needed for a perfect holiday.

This property is amazing! The view from the balcony across to the Etang de Thau makes you stop and sit awhile. All the rooms were clean and tidy and have everything you need. Swimming pool is a fantastic size and has all the chairs, loungers and toys you would need to spend quality family time here. Doriane was the best property support we’ve had, great communication and really responsive when we couldn’t make the air conditioning work! The location of this property is the best we’ve found, less than 20 mins to Beziers airport, 8 mins to the beautiful beach at Marseillan Plage, 30 mins to Beziers, Pezenas and Sete, the best location. There are many restaurants to walk out to within ten mins, local market and definitely try the Marine bar!

Perfect location, easy walk into a town with great restaurants around a small port. Pool was great and had all the facilities we needed as a family of 11.
