About this villa rental
The villa shelters 2 beautiful independent apartments, any comfort, with terraces. Located in the residential area of Grau d'Agde, it is close to shops and 100 meters from the beach. It is installed in an enclosed and landscaped garden. Its location allows you to park your car in the private parking lot. Each 100 square meter apartment is heated and the ground floor is air conditioned. It includes 1 large living room with dining area and fully fitted American kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 shower rooms and separate toilets. Each one has a furnished terrace, the one on the first floor has 1 more balcony. The apartments are equipped with barbecue, television, broadband internet access and wifi, books. You will appreciate the nearby beach. Le Grau d'Agde is a typical and lively fishing port. It offers a family atmosphere with its daily market in summer. The cycle paths allow you pleasant strolls like the one which joins the picturesque city of Agde.

Suffisamment d'espace pour être nombreux sans ce marcher dessus. Quelques améliorations peuvent être faites pour l'équipement des cuisines soit adapté au nombre de personnes (exemple: micro-onde bien trop petit).

Nous avons passé un séjour génial dans une villa très accueillante et idéale pour des vacances en famille et entre amis. Le Grau d'Agde est aussi parfait pour offrir un peu de liberté à nos jeunes ados.Les plages sont belles et grandes...A noter que les propriétaires ont le sens de l'hospitalité... C'est la première fois que nous rencontrons des propriétaires aussi soucieux du bien être de leurs vacanciers§ Un grand merci à eux...
