About this villa rental
A charming villa with an exceptional view 10m overlooking a beautiful Blue Flag beach, made up of 2 apartments communicating by internal staircase / /

On the ground floor:
- large living room and fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, oven and microwave) 26 m2, Plasma TV and DVD, direct access by bay window to covered terrace (15 m2) on the ground floor on the garden : garden furniture, store,
- bedroom 1 sea view "sea and garden": 1 bed 140, storage
- bedroom 2 garden view "Madagascar": 1 bed 140, wardrobe;
- bedroom 3 with "rosemary" garden view: 2 single beds, wardrobe;
- bathroom: 2 sinks and corner bath + WC;
- Independent WC;
- laundry room outside: 1 shower + 1 washing machine.
On the 1st floor:
- large living room fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, 2 ovens and microwave, washing machine) 22 m2, Plasma TV, direct access by bay window to terrace (14 m2) with exceptional view: garden furniture, electric awning, sun loungers;
- low "cruise" mezzanine (1.45m at the top) on the living room (ideal for children): 2 single beds + storage;
- very nice bedroom 1 "full sea" with sea and garden views, direct access to the terrace: 1 bed 160, wardrobe, shower and sink
- small room 2 "laurel" garden view: 1 bed 140, chest of drawers
- bathroom: shower, sink, WC.
A large enclosed garden of around 1700m² that can accommodate several cars.
Wireless.
Pets accepted on condition that they do not climb onto the beds or the seats; if necessary an amount may be taken from the deposit.
Covid 19 special measures:
- Disposable mattress pads & pillow protectors changed after each rental
- cleaning with Sanytol virucidal disinfectant
- disinfection of door handles, switches, toilets, ramps, ...
- spraying of a room disinfectant (essential oils) 2 hours before the arrival of the new tenant
No reservation can be accepted if it is made less than 3 days before the arrival date
A rental contract must be signed by the tenant

The position of this house is surely unsurpassed. We enjoyed absolutely wonderful views, night and day. With beach access on the doorstep - and the beach is lovely. a great seafood restaurant next door (La Bon Mere), and a couple of minutes walk to a small number of other restaurants at the Marina.We are English and so struggled a little with the heatwave as the house is not airconditioned, but this would not stop us wanting to visit again - we absolutely loved staying at this special property. Thank you Hubert and Christine!

Best beach stay we have had in the world. Best house in Cap D’Agde. All seven of us had a great time.

The house with its terraces and garden is located perfectly at the beach with an astonishing view. It was the perfect house for 3 families including 5 kids. We had a pleasant time and organisation and conversation with Hubert was smooth and easy. Only downsize was that we had to clean the bedrooms from some dust, but it was okay.

The house is located in fantastic position overlooking sea and beach. We appreciated the privacy of the upstairs apartment while kids played downstairs.The house is really nice with plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms and with a large garden.
