Excellent location within walking distance of the Marina. Unit was clean and spacious with tasteful decor. Nelson Bay and surrounds are very pretty with plenty to do, even in winter. Secure under cover parking was a bonus.
The unit was on the second floor, so be prepared for 2 flights of stairs. Water views really only from the balcony but it was still a pleasant leafy outlook from the living rooms.

We have stayed at this property several times. We come back because it is spacious, comfy, and has all the facilities we need, good kitchen, wifi, etc.

The location was perfect, it was very clean
The bedrooms were unbearably hot. the air-conditioner in the living room only cooled the living area. we took turns in sleeping on the couch because sleeping the bedrooms were unbearable and the windows don't open. We could not use the undercover carpark as the entrance was too low for our car. the toilet cistern ran all day and night, the bathroom towel rail is broken. Despite the great location and cleanliness, I would not stay here again.
