Excellent location, and highly walkable with young children down to the Marina along the waterfront (only 10min). Spacious apartment, kitchen reasonably well appointed. Warm, with additional (but old) blankets provided. Lovely view from the balcony. Reasonably good value for money.

Absolutely no consumables provided so make sure you bring everything yourself! From toilet paper to detergent to bin bags etc. The apartment furnishings are also quite old and tired (old couch, old bathroom, old blinds etc). Really needs some basic maintenance and deep cleaning that we reported to the Property Manager (broken lights, locks etc). The parking/garage access was a particularly problematic issue that made accessing the property quickly and easily via car near impossible i.e. there is no on-site parking other than in the single designated garage, and this was exceptionally tight and we had to remove our roofbox. No standing in the common carpark areas allowed so a complicated manoeuvre to have to do on every single trip in and out. There is also no on street parking around the apartment - you have to park down the street in a poorly lit reserve. Access to the garage is via a very narrow and steep lane around the side of the apartment block.

Price/ proximity to everything/ view / setting

Great location and clean and comfortable property

Needs better blinds in the bedrooms. It was hot and bright by 6am. Block out blinds would be beneficial
