Nice quiet unit. Good location.
Unfortunately Little Beach is now one of the few areas where JetSkis can launch. The noise of them if is a bit annoying. Whilst the unit is quiet it is a little dated and didn't get a lot of sunlight. It was expensive, although everything is during the Christmas holidays around the area.

Level and no stairs. Close to Shoal bay.
Patio was small and crowded. Bunk bed hard to get in and out of.

Location is great set in the trees next to Little beach. Also easy walk/ ride into Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay.
Webber BBQ clean but needs a service (some of gas ring blocked.) DVD player does not play some DVDs, may need laser clean.
