The location is great. Close to beaches. Overall, a well-equipped tidy apartment.
Lack of cleanliness of all kitchen ware including glasses, cutlery, pots pans etc. These should be looked at as part of the cleaning process. Dishwasher had bits of corn in there & filter was dirty - Cleaner should pay more attention.

Great location. View of the Bay from your balcony. Ground floor so kids can ride bikes and play on the grass and no need to worry about the foyer. Beds were comfy and loads of storage for clothes etc. Ceiling fans and air con were great to have but we didn't end up using the air con much. BBQ was appreciated. Dishwasher a bonus too. Smart TV so we could log in to our own streaming services was a surprise.
Stove very old fashioned and hard to figure out. Quite frustrating. Found some mould under the couch on our last day. Informed the real estate office. And the bathrooms had no windows so they were a bit hard to air out after showers etc. no wifi was annoying. The TV had wifi for the streaming but there was no way for us to log in to it and not great Telstra 4g inside the brick building.

The location, pool & tennis court!!
The washing machine was leaking without us using it. The water was pooling in the laundry everyday until we turned the water off.
