It was not clear to me right away that I would have to make a deposit for the accomodation. One could say that I should have read the whole thing, but it still caught me off guard, fyi everybody else

Purtroppo e per più motivi è stata un esperienza molto più negativa che positiva!
Apparentemente a primo impatto ed anche successivamente la casa è carina, niente di eccezionale ma passabile soprattutto in rapporto con il prezzo.
I letti erano abbastanza comodi e la terrazza non era male con vetrate grandi, quindi con la casa molto illuminata di giorno.
Ma ci sono stati diversi problemi decisamente non trascurabili (in primis la pulizia ed igiene) riportati nella sezione di seguito di cosa non ci è piaciuto.
Siamo stati fin troppo gentili a dare 2 come voto! Solo perché non era al 100% tutto negativo, ma quasi.
Innanzitutto l'host della struttura è stato un po' scortese / maleducato e non ha minimamente offerto alcuna disponibilità ad alcun compromesso per venirsi in contro (abbiamo tutti gli screenshot della chat sia di Booking che di WhatsApp).
Inoltre il giorno del check in, dove li abbiamo contattati per richiedere il posticipo (per un contrattempo) sulla chat di booking senza MAI aver ricevuto ALCUN riscontro da loro (a parte la richiesta del consenso dal deposito per eventuali danni alla struttura, questo è stato l'unico loro messaggio per noi), ci hanno lasciato fuori dalla struttura al gelo di notte per qualche ora, dopodiché ci siamo accorti che ci avevano scritto su WhatsApp solo di fargli sapere quando fossimo arrivati.
Bene, per prima cosa era stato scritto e dichiarato da loro stessi che successivamente al nostro consenso per il deposito (dopo aver collegato la carta di credito sul sito tramite il link da loro inviatoci), ci avrebbero subito ed automaticamente fornito le istruzioni del check in, cosa che non è mai accaduta; in secondo luogo ci hanno scritto su WhatsApp dopo che la chat era iniziata qui su Booking senza avvisarci di nulla, ma il nostro numero collegato a Whatsapp era in un telefono con dei problemi quindi abbiamo fatto fatica a leggerlo, quindi abbiamo provato a chiamarlo (sempre su WhatsApp dato che numero normale dopo svariati tentativi non funzionava), a quel punto ci ha risposto (non molto educatamente) fornendoci finalmente le istruzioni per entrare nella struttura, ma soltanto dopo averlo richiesto noi! Oltretutto era un self check in automatico, perché non lo hanno inviato sin da subito come avevano detto?!
Per quanto riguarda la struttura, era molto sporca..

Appartement très confortable et pratique avec tous ce qu'il faut pour votre séjour. Proche du centre ville, je recommande.

Appartement non prêt à 16h quand j'arrive et qui m'annonce que je vais devoir attendre 1h le temps qu'il fasse nettoyer. Face à mes remarques il m'explique "qu'il n'y a pas que moi" qu'il eu fallu plus de précision que : "à partir de 16h"... qu'il gère 90 appartements et que je devrais comprendre...
A 18h28, soit 2h28 après mon arrivée, j'essaie en vain de l'avoir, il est noté "indisponible" sur le moyen de contact. Ni les équipes de booking ni moi ne réussirons à le joindre. Le propriétaire contacté par booking sera celui qui me transmettra les dernières info dont le numéro de connexion WiFi.
