The view the property and the location was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend and we will be back *****

Location was good, felt safe, parking available, have towels and soap/shampoo.

The property is dated, not as in the photos. Bad smell as you walk in. Water in the faucet is weak, so hard to take a shower. Laundry dryer is not working well, so don’t rely on it. No paper towels, no dishwasher detergent, no laundry detergent. Some appliances did not work. No elevator being on the third floor. Leak in the toilet, ignored when mentioned. Bottom line, this is not a 4 star place so misleading in price versus what you get. Liana was a good communicator most of the time, trying to help resolve problems the best she could. Some were resolved, some stayed as is. Overall, for the price, not worth it. Would not stay again and would recommend to say 3 stars, and should be priced correctly.

Apart from being constantly bitten, it was actually a quiet and relaxing place, staff lovely , comfy beds washing machine/dryer, kitchen utensils, pool. It's close to basic amenities: 7 eleven,a big supermarket and small cafes all within close walking distance. . Spacious and homely.

Place was ice cold from the air-conditioning when arriving, mosquitoes constantly getting into the place even through the nets. after a few days of being ridiculously bitten realised the reason for it being so cold on arrival was to deter the mosquitoes. Even with precautions, i.e., air con , nets, and bug deterrent, it didn't really help. Unside showers because both of them did not hold their heat very well.

It’s very beautiful and all the facilities excellent.

Our clothes were stained by sitting on the bench outside. The pool wasn’t clean and no one came to clean it during our stay (despite 2 cleans being promised). Very quiet area, a little far from any amenities. Depends what you’re looking for I guess.
