Excellent location with wonderful views.
Upon booking, I sent a request for late check out on bookings.com, received an approval response and got told I won’t be charged extra. When I called reception to ask what’s the latest time I can check out, the manager changed the story and said that I would need to be moved to another room and pay R800 per hour. She claimed that the response to my request was for the check in time… There are no extra charges for check in because I selected 2pm which is the standard. This misunderstanding between the hotel and bookings.com inconvenienced me.

Everything is just beautiful , the views are to die for. The room stunning
I’d give a 11 out of 10 if it wasnt for the aircon and the shower. The main areas ( passage and stairs ) were hot and very humid - nothing an aircon can’t fix The shower was a bit too small , we struggled to close it and made a bit of a mess with water coming out. Could’ve used the bath tub ( stunning with views ) if we had enough time

Check in process is horrible and very informal, you stand where it appears guys use the area as a make shift boardroom, and now you have to listen guys talking about strategies, profits and who slept with who at the last Christmas party! You need to separate this interaction, its like being interviewed in your mothers kitchen
