Place is very good! Room is clean with lot os space, comfortable! Kitchen is more the enough! Very calm and silent zone. Room view to the mountains is great!

We liked everything! No complains! Staff very helpful!

New modern house, nice design. Provides a feeling like home. The room was big, lighted with great views from the balcony and the window. Good quality of sleep. Big bathroom. Excellent breakfast and good price. Very welcoming host.

• We stayed in the suite with the kingsize bed and a balcony. It is relatively large • nice view from the balcony • quiet area / neighborhood • The kitchen had enough dishes and cutlery at the time of our visit. Might be insufficient when all apartments are occupied (see below).

• The quality of the interior design (furniture, walls etc.) was lower than expected, though not bad. It looked a bit low-cost and old-fashioned. Atmosphere was quite cold, also because it lacked furniture. By the way: There was no couch even though our room should have had one, as the info page on Booking states. The apartments do also not have a "private entrance". Info page on Booking states as well that there is "acoustic isolation", whatever that means. The door to the apartment is rather thin, so you can hear other guests in the staircase. • Kitchen is at the ground floor and shared with the other 3 or 4 apartments despite the info page on Booking saying you would have a separate one. As our apartment was one floor up, we had to walk up and down, leaving our main door open in case we wanted to take something up while the other one was in the bathroom. The only kitchen thing at our room was a little coffee machine. • Our apartment didn't have a "dining table", only one for the TV and a small one on the balcony. So that does probably refer to the one in the shared kitchen which had space for 4 people, as far as we remember. Might be a problem in the high season, especially in the morning. • There were lime spots in the bathtub / shower, so question is how well it was cleaned. • Bathroom could need more place to hang your towels • As far as I remember, there was only one socket per side of the bed ... which was occupied by the bedside lamp. • No coffee pads provided but could be obtained for 0,50 € each

It had a little shared kitchen we had use of. Coming from Canada we’re not use to restaurants closing down at 3 pm . So we found a grocery store and picked up food to take back . Left overs in the fridge. Bathroom shower really nice and easy to use and water pressure was amazing. We went to do Arouca Bridge hike it was so worth it beautiful town. We walked to down town do able . water was so good to drink.

Driving to the place and parking is on very steep hills. Parking is out front and worked out just fine , but very steep incline be prepared. This town is in the mountains so to be expected. Front door was difficult to open unless you pulled hard I could never open it.
